- Condition: Great condition. Normal vintage wear. Some uneven white color which is normal for the age of the blouse, no major flaws.
All Phii’s treasures are in excellent condition unless noted otherwise. Some of these treasures are made in the 70's or 80's (or earlier) so there will be signs of wear. All items are washed and air-dryed.
