- Condition: Good, normal vintage wear. Elastic is at its last stretch.
All Phii’s treasures are in excellent condition unless noted otherwise. Some of these treasures are made in the 70's or 80's (or earlier) so there will be signs of wear. All items are washed and air-dryed.
